Villa Fenč

Imagine a small stone house, standing as a testament of time long gone, patiently decorated by skillful dalmatian masters of old. Its thick walls, built from hewn stone, tell a story of a time long gone, when they sheltered from summer heats and winter storms.

Villa, a typical 19 century dalmatian house, outshined other village houses with its size.

It used to belong to rich nobles, but also served as an infirmary and a school. Later, it became a hospitality establishment and one of the most famous restaurants in Dalmatia during the 1980s. Today, it is a modernly renovated villa with three duplex apartments.

The entrance door, made of solid wood, opens with a heavy creak, as if inviting you into a secret world hidden behind it. The interior reveals designer duplex apartments, where sophistication and elegance are felt in every corner. Spacious interiors, bathed in soft natural light, with natural materials like stone, wood, and concrete, create an atmosphere that is both luxurious and warmly welcoming.

Windows with wooden frames and small glass particles let in light that plays on the walls, creating a game of shadows and light. From the windows, there is a view of the blue sea and surrounding vineyards, where the song of cicadas can be heard, and the scent of the sea and Mediterranean herbs can be felt.

This old Dalmatian stone house is not just a building; it is a sanctuary that preserves the spirit of Dalmatia, a place where tradition blends with modern design in perfect harmony.

Our spacious duplex apartments of 90 m² provide comfort and elegance for your perfect vacation.

Primošten: The hidden gem of the Dalmatian coast

villa fenc17

At the place where the Adriatic Sea gently merges with the rocky Dalmatian shores, rises Primošten, a true gem of the Adriatic. This enchanting town, proudly situated on a picturesque peninsula, whispers tales of a rich history and exudes authentic Mediterranean charm. Located between the historic cities of Šibenik and Trogir, Primošten is a peaceful oasis known for its beaches and Babić red wine, born from sunlit vineyards carved into the stone, symbolizing the strength and resilience of the Dalmatian spirit.

Primošten, a town that prides itself on its narrow streets and traditional stone houses, is the perfect place to escape from everyday life. Here, where time seems to stand still, you can surrender to the rhythm of nature, listening to the sound of the waves and feeling the gentle breeze that carries the scent of the sea and pines.

When the sun sets, Primošten comes alive in a different way. Restaurants and taverns open their doors, offering the delicacies of Dalmatian cuisine. From freshly caught fish to homemade olive oil and wine, every bite tells its own story.

For those looking for adventure, Primošten offers a variety of activities such as diving, sailing or exploring the surrounding national parks. And when the day is over, you can take a walk along the coast and watch the city lights bounce off the calm sea, creating an unforgettable sight.
